How It Works
As a Virtual Tenant, you may need a private office to conduct a series of meetings for a short period or for intermittent periods. This New Virtual benefit allows you to transition from Virtual Status to Resident Status and back to Virtual Status simply by coordinating your schedule with our onsite office staff. You get to pick your fully furnished/decorated private office from the available offices (window offices and interior offices) based on your schedule. During your occupancy of the private office, you will have access to all of the benefits of a resident tenant including free use of conference rooms, kitchen & break areas, receptionist services, and business equipment. Your Monthly Cost will be replaced with a pro-rated (1-week (min), 2-week, 1-month etc.) cost based on the private office that you select during the time that you occupy the private office. Then your monthly cost will return to Virtual rates when you transition back from the Resident Status This is a great plan that allows you the flexibility to utilize private offices based on your businesses needs and requirements. It will give your company the prestigious image that your business deserves, when needed the most. And remember, NO LONG TERM LEASE REQUIRED.
